ON THE MOUND

Kameron wasn’t much better, surrendering FIVE runs and giving up THREE of the Astros FIVE homers.

Not to be left out, Charlie and Oliver each gave up a long ball (as well as their sparkling 0.00 ERAs)

AT THE PLATE
Well, on ANY other night, NINE runs equals a win – problem was on THIS night, the other team got SIXTEEN

So, to focus on the positive, on what was a pretty horrible night (including the LOWEST ever attendance – 10,745) the M’s hit THREE homers (their first at The Safe this season) off the bats of Jason, Raul and Michael M (the last two went back-to-back in the 8th and kept battling even when the game was out of reach (put up a FOUR-spot in the 9th)

IN THE FIELD
TWO double-plays (both, Brendan-to-Dustin-to-Justin)
