- Robert Andino DFA’d to make room on the 40-man
- Infielder Carlos Triunfel recalled from AAA Tacoma (he found out after he landed in Reno with the Rainiers ~ sounds like there was a little kerfuffle re: Andino’s DFA that wasn’t supposed to be public ~ so had to hop on a plane back to Seattle)
- Rich Poythress goes from AAA Tacoma to AA Jackson
- Brad Miller promoted from AA Jackson to AAA Tacoma
- Chris Taylor promoted from A High Desert to AA Jackson
Speaking of Tacoma . . .
Guti is currently on a rehab stint there (and likely will be there for awhile, since he only has 4 hits in 7 games)
Speaking of ups and downs . . .
- home for FIVE whole days (having had only FOUR other home games in the entire month of May)
- started the season 10-17 without winning a series
- went 5-0-1 n their next six series for a 12-6 record
- currently on a six game losing skid (multiple heartbreaks in CLE and total humiliation in ANA)
