of super pitching, walk-off grand slams and fans, fans, fans!

This one was special for a myriad of reasons . . .

  • not only a series win – but a FOUR-GAME SERIES SWEEP
  • not only another walk-off victory (the third of the series) – but a WALK-OFF GRAND SLAM
  • not only Father’s Day at the ballpark – but Father’s Day at the BALLPARK w/MY DAD
  • not only a game I was able to attend in person – but, was part of RECORD ATTENDANCE (since COVID)

it was REALLY cool that, finally, it felt like a real game again (complete w/chants and and cheers and boos; robust renditions of “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” and lots of “Louie-Louie” dancers)
