  1. I tuned out on the game as soon as I saw that Sheffield was starting. I’ve got zero confidence in him. Right now, Flexen, Kikuchi, and Gilbert are carrying the load for the mariners. Gonzo looks to be off of his game and needs a few more starts to get right. I’d love to see Dipoto do some wheeling and dealing before the trade deadline and bring in some reliable pitching help. Unfortunately, that would probably mean the end of Haniger as a Mariners…
